Shipping

After placing an order with us, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Our current order processing time is 24-48 hours, weekends and holidays are not considered business days. Once your order has shipped a confirmation email will be sent to you via email, in this email there will be a tracking number. Delivery time all depends on the location of where the package is being delivered to. That being said sometimes dues to holidays or high volume times, the mail courier's can be delayed. Please email our team at frenchiecrystals@gmail.com if you may have any additional questions or concerns. Frenchie Crystals is not responsible for any taxes or duties on shipments.

 

Returns & Exchange

Frenchie Crystals does not accept returns or exchanges, all sales are final. Please contact us via email if you have any problems with your order, frenchiecrystals@gmail.com

 

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damed, please take pictures of your parcel both before and after you open it. We will need these photos to file an insurance claim with our shipping courier. After receiving the photos of the damaged item(s), we will issue you a store credit or send you a replacement item(s).

If by chance you receive items you did not order, please contact us immediately so we can send you the correct item.

 

Lost Shipment

If your package gets lost in the mail system please contact us and we will file a claim with the company. Frenchie Crystals is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. If we win the claim for the lost and/or stolen shipment, we will refund you in full. If we do not win the claim Frenchie Crystals cannot issue a refund, but we will send over a shop credit for you to use on our site.
