After placing your order on www.frenchiecrystals.com a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Our current processing time is 12-14 business days. Please note Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days nor are holidays. Once your order has shipped, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you via e-mail. In this e-mail there will be your tracking number. Delivery time all depends on the location of where the package is being delivered to. That being said sometimes due to holidays or high volume times the mail courier's can be delayed.
